Our Story

Romeo’s Pizza started in 1994 as a mom-and-pop shop in Medina, Ohio. We began franchising in 2006 after winning multiple national pizza awards and taking third place on the Food Network’s Pizza Challenge. Over the next few years, the brand continued to grow and was purchased by multi-unit franchise owner Ryan Rose in 2016, and Mike Rao joined in 2020. Today, we have more than 50 open and operating locations nationwide with another 170 units sold or committed to.

We are looking to continue our growth nationwide and deliver great pizza with a purpose.
